AL SANTINO, NECT Director
Al Santino has been serving in community development ministries in the New York City area since 1986. He began with Here’s Life New York, the inner city arm of Campus Crusade for Christ. He later founded Help House, a residential program for men recovering from substance abuse, homelessness, prison consequences, and related issues. With his wife Haydee, Al helped launch the Bronx Christian Study Center, which provided biblical curriculum, GED tutoring and remedial education for adults. In October 2004 he joined NECT as Director. The Santinos are also currently involved on the leadership team of Open Door Fellowship, a new church plant in East Harlem, New York City.
Al holds a Masters in Biblical Studies and recently earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Erskine Theological Seminary.
KYUBOEM LEE, Philadelphia Regional Consultant
Rev. Kyuboem Lee is the pastor of Germantown Hope Community Church, an NECT partner engaged in community development. As a church planter he embraced community development as a core value in the “DNA”of Germantown Hope’s mission. He is also involved in the network of Philadelphia Christian Reformed churches and the newly formed Church Planting Institute led by Dr. Manny Ortiz.
DAVE ZUIDEMA, Administrator
Dave Zuidema is a former Congressional staff member, non-profit communications manager and church administrator. In addition to administrative and marketing support to NECT, Dave provides communications and administrative services to serval other non-profit clients and ministries through DMZ Communications. Dave is a member of Covenant CRC, where he has served multiple terms as a member and officer of their deacons.
